We came here by chance to celebrate my birthday, and the buffet was exceptional. There was a wide variety of dishes, everything was fresh and well-prepared, and the quality exceeded our expectations. The ambiance was great for a celebration, with a great view of the Taal lake. The staff were attentive and welcoming. A wonderful surprise and a truly memorable experience—we’ll definitely be back.

Ordered food trays from them and everything was excellent—from ordering and payment to food pickup. I placed the order the night before for next-day afternoon pickup, and they happily accommodated my request. The entire process and communication were very smooth. The food was AMAZING! Our guests enjoyed every dish, especially the chicken parmigiana. The serving sizes were very generous—hindi talaga tinipid. During pickup, the staff were extremely accommodating. They carefully went through each order with me and even explained every dish, which I truly appreciated. We had a fantastic stay, and my Lola, who was celebrating her birthday, had an unforgettable time. The accommodation was comfortable and well-equipped, but what truly made our experience special was the exceptional service from Miss Jara, the hotel’s manager. She was incredibly attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect for my Lola's celebration. Thanks to her, my Lola had a wonderful and happy birthday. We highly recommend this place and will definitely return!
